Yogi government faces scrutiny as 11.8 lakh revenue cases swiftly resolved in UP

The Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has launched an investigation into the rapid disposal of 11.8 lakh revenue cases within two and a half months, following concerns over the unilateral rejection of numerous cases for expedited settlements.

The Chief Minister expressed worry about the backlog of pending revenue cases and initiated a statewide campaign to resolve them promptly. Questions arose about the large-scale dismissal of cases, prompting the government to ensure a thorough examination and address any irregularities in the process.
